Annual Returns – year ending 31 December 2017
Each year, the Anglican Church Central Queensland collects data from its parishes and special ministry districts. The data is used to help gauge parish health and growth trends across the Diocese and to inform strategic planning.
The Registry respects your Privacy
Any personal information you provide is protected under the Privacy Act 1988 and is collected by the Diocese for the purpose of your involvement with the Diocese. It will be kept in a confidential file and used in implementing the Diocesan Due Diligence Protocol. It can only be disclosed to someone else if you have been given reasonable notice of the disclosure; where the disclosure is authorised or required by law or is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law; if it will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to a person’s life or health; or if you have consented to the disclosure.
Instructions for completing the Annual Return
The collection period for the return of parish data, financial and other information for the year ending 31 December 2017 will be open on 2 January 2018 and close on 24 March 2018.
The annual return contains nine separate parts (Parts A to I). Please refer to the table below for details on how to complete and submit each part.
